Summary

Users may experience misaligned rows in Coverage Explorer when selecting items. This visual issue can occur even after clearing cache, restarting browsers, or re-indexing projects.

Solution

  1. On the affected machine, open Display Settings.

    • In Windows: Settings > System > Display

  2. Under Scale and Layout, ensure the Scale setting is set to an integer value (100% or 200%) instead of a non-integer (e.g., 125%, 150%).

  3. Sign out and sign back in (or restart machine).

  4. Re-open Jama Connect and check Coverage Explorer. Rows should now align properly.

Cause

The issue occurs because the browser’s rendering engine is affected by non-integer display scaling (devicePixelRatio not equal to 1, 2, etc.).
When Windows display scaling is set to values like 125% or 150%, Jama Connect’s Coverage Explorer rows may misalign.

Prevention

Advise users to adjust scaling temporarily while working in Jama Connect.
