Summary

Lock Type	Icon	Description	How to Unlock
System Lock		Items locked by a workflow rule.	Progress the workflow to an unlocked state or an administrator can unlock via System Locked Items tab.
User Lock		- User manually clicks the Lock icon or uses batch edit to lock the item. - Item automatically locks while a user is editing to prevent concurrent edits. - If a user’s session times out while editing, the item stays locked.	User who locked the item can unlock or an administrator with permissions can unlock.
