Checklist Item Versions Remain Unchanged Throughout a Review

Summary

Checklist item versions displayed in a Review do not change, even when the checklist items are updated in the project or new Review revisions are created.

Resolution

This is the expected behavior. When a Review is created, the version of the checklist items included in that Review is captured and preserved throughout the entire Review lifecycle, including all subsequent revisions.

Any changes made to the checklist items in the project after the Review is created will not be reflected in the existing Review.

Newly created Reviews will capture the checklist item versions available at the time of their creation.

Example

1. A Review is created when a checklist item is at version 1.
2. The checklist item is subsequently updated to version 2 in the project.
3. A new revision of the existing Review is created.
4. The checklist item continues to display version 1 in that Review.
5. A new Review is created, and the checklist item displays version 2.

Checklist item versions are preserved within each Review to maintain consistency across Review revisions. To include updated checklist item versions, a new Review must be created.
