Issue

There are several times when it is necessary to run the "Change URL" and "Fix URL References" jobs:

• After changing the URL
• After migrating your application
• After restoring from a backup

Solution

These jobs may need to be run even if you are using the same URL. You will use the same URL for the old and new URL fields.

Login to the Root Account

Run the "Change URL" Job

Run the "Fix URL References" Job
