Unable to Delete Relationship Rules / Rulesets

Summary

When attempting to remove either individual relationship rules or entire rule sets, you may receive a pop-up error message indicating:

One or more projects are using the ruleset and must be removed before deleting.
Please note you can only see projects where you have permissions. 

Solution

You'll need to remove the associated projects from the relationship rule sets before you can complete the operation.
