Supported Self-hosted Versions of Jama Connect

IMPORTANT

Notice Regarding Deprecation of Replicated Architecture

Replicated, the third-party vendor responsible for the self-hosted deployments of Jama Connect, has decided to deprecate the Replicated architecture. They are shifting their focus and will no longer maintain the version of their product currently used by legacy versions of Jama Connect. Consequently, Jama is required to transition away from the Replicated/Legacy architecture and invest in a new, supported deployment architecture: Replicated KOTS (Kubernetes Off-the-Shelf). This is now the only supported option for self-hosted Jama Connect deployments.

Implications for Your Instance

To continue using Jama Connect, please upgrade to Replicated KOTS or migrate to our Cloud environment by December 31, 2025. After this date, your instances will no longer be operational. While your current version will remain operational for now, failure to upgrade or transition to our Cloud environment will result in loss of access starting December 31, 2025.

Please Note: Lack of Support from Replicated Means

Jama cannot support, patch, or guarantee the stability or security of systems running on the deprecated version.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any future compatibility with your infrastructure or integrations.
We cannot renew licenses for unsupported configurations.
