    Thank you for these instructions!

    I have one suggestion: the phrase “the application server" is used to refer to both the old and new application servers at various points under the "Perform a clean installation of Jama Connect" section.  That gets a little confusing when checking back and forth between subsections.

    Other than that, this is clear and not too difficult to follow.  I greatly appreciate your work!
