IMPORTANT: Access to the REST API is limited to users with a Named Creator Jama Connect license, including endpoints in v1, labs, and SCIM. Users without a Named Creator Jama Connect license, including those with a Creator Float License, do not have access.

Interacting with Jama Software® Support

To interact directly with Jama Software® Support, you must:

  • Be designated as one of your company’s Named Support Contacts (NSCs)

  • Have an active Support Portal account

This ensures secure, efficient support and allows Jama to deliver the appropriate level of service for your organization.

How to Register for the Support Portal

  1. Visit the Jama Software® Support Portal.

  2. Click Sign In, then select Sign Up.

  3. Register using your company email address (for example, name@yourcompany.com).
    📧 Personal or alternate email addresses cannot be used to verify NSC status.

  4. After registering, you will receive a welcome email with a link to:

    • Verify your email address

    • Set your password

✅ Email verification is required to activate your account and access support features.

Why Registration Is Required

A verified Support Portal account allows you to:

  • Submit and manage support requests (NSCs only)

  • Track ticket status and request history

  • Access and comment on knowledge base articles

  • Manage your profile and support interactions efficiently

Search Smarter with Jama Llama 🦙

Use Jama Llama 🦙 AI Assistant and Unified Federated Search to quickly find answers. Search results are rendered from all Jama Software public URLs, including documentation, release notes, and help articles.
