How to View and Subscribe to Your Organization’s Support Tickets

IMPORTANT: Access to the REST API is limited to users with a Named Creator Jama Connect license, including endpoints in v1, labs, and SCIM. Users without a Named Creator Jama Connect license, including those with a Creator Float License, do not have access.

Summary

You can view all support tickets for your organization and subscribe to receive updates on every ticket — including active tickets submitted by other users and previously closed requests.

Solution

Access Your Organization’s Requests

  1. Log in to your Jama Software® Support account.

  2. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page header.

  3. Select Requests from the menu.

  4. On the My Activities page, click the Organization Requests tab or link.

Note: If you don’t see the Organization Requests link, it may be because:

  • Your organization is not configured as a shared organization, or

  • Your administrator has restricted access

In this case, a Named Support Contact (NSC) can submit a support ticket to Jama Customer Support to request the correct visibility.

View All Tickets for Your Organization

  • The Organization Requests view displays all tickets opened by or for your organization.

  • If you belong to multiple organizations, use the drop-down menu (to the right of the search bar) to select the organization you want to view.
