Subscribed to Jama Software Status Page - not getting updates

Summary

You have subscribed to the Jama Software Status page but are not receiving updates. 

Solution

When subscribing to the Jama Software Status Page, please ensure that the Subscription has been verified. All steps listed below needs to be completed before you start receiving the updates:

• Click on Subscribe to Updates
  
• Enter the Email address and click on Subscribe Via Email
• You will see a small pop-up mentioning that you need to "check your email inbox and confirm your subscription".
  
• Make sure you select ALL the components you want to receive the updates for:
  
  
• Click Save
• Go to the inbox for the Email address you have mentioned, and make sure that you "Confirm the Subscription".

Cause

Incomplete Subscription to Jama Software Status Page.
