Problem/Summary:
When opening the diagram/graph editor for an existing diagram, the customer sees a "Duplicate ID" error. The diagram appears empty in the visual editor and XML editor.
Solution: It is necessary to submit a support request so that our engineers can perform steps in the database. We are currently working together to identify the cause of this issue.
