Summary

This article explains what to do when the available Excel exports do not include all the information from Rich Text fields, such as tables, images, and formatted text.

Resolution

This is a known limitation of Excel. By default, Excel won't display Rich Text; it only shows HTML tags. There are also issues with associating images with specific cells in Excel.

You will need a custom Velocity report to extract the Rich Text. You can try the available community reports on our GitHub Community report page (linked in the Resources section).
