Summary

We're excited to share upcoming changes that will simplify how you find resources, learn about Jama Connect, and share product feedback with us.

Our goal is to create a simpler experience with fewer places to search and a clearer path to the resources you need.

On November 6, 2026, Community resources will move to a new home within the Jama Software Support Portal.

This change brings learning, enablement, and support resources together in one place, eliminating the need for a separate Community account or login.

The Support Portal will serve as your central destination for knowledge articles, training, onboarding guidance, and other helpful resources.

Find Your Resources in Their New Home

Resources previously available through the Community will be accessible through the Support Portal and other designated locations.

A New Way to Share Product Feedback

We're improving how customers submit feature requests and enhancement ideas, making it easier to share feedback directly with Jama Software.

Jama Connect Cloud-Hosted Customers

Beginning November 10, 2026, with the release of Jama Connect v9.42, Cloud-hosted customers will be able to submit product feedback directly within Jama Connect.

This new in-product experience makes it easier to share ideas and suggestions while working in the application.

Jama Connect Self-Hosted Customers

A new webpage will be available to Self-hosted customers for submitting product feedback and enhancement ideas.

Additional instructions and access information will be provided.

Get Started with the Jama Software Support Portal

We encourage you to explore the Support Portal and its available resources.

Create an account: If you do not already have a Support Portal account, follow the instructions in How to Create a Jama Software® Support Portal Account.
Sign in: Sign in to access resources available to your account. Certain resources require an applicable purchase, license, or specific access permissions.
Explore your resources: Visit the Jama Software Support Portal to access knowledge articles, training, onboarding guidance, and other available resources.

Note: A separate Community account is no longer needed. Your Support Portal account provides access to resources based on your permissions and entitlements.

Update Your Bookmarks Before November 6

If you have bookmarked learning modules or other resources in the existing Community, those links will no longer work after November 6, 2026.

To ensure continued access, visit the Learning Center or the appropriate resource in the Support Portal and update your bookmarks with the new links.
