Summary

Prepare your organization for a successful Jama Connect® implementation by establishing clear goals, assembling your Core Team, identifying Named Support Contacts, developing implementation plans, and gathering existing process materials.

The Ready phase establishes the foundation for the onboarding activities that follow. Completing these activities helps your organization align stakeholders on why you are implementing Jama Connect, how you will measure success, who will support the implementation, and what information is needed to begin process analysis and configuration.

Note: Supporting materials, including the Onboarding Jama Connect® Template and Sample Project Plan, are available in the Attachments section at the bottom of this page. Links to related guidance, services, and other resources are available under Additional Resources.

Gather Process-Related Materials

  • Organize the materials so they are available to your Core Team during process analysis and implementation.

Gathering these materials before process analysis can help your team understand the current state and make informed decisions about how future processes should be supported in Jama Connect.
