4. Verify that you are using the password displayed next to the active download link in the article, not a password from an older email or prior release.
If the article link fails in multiple browser sessions, the issue is likely with the published package link or associated password.
Download the Active Installation Package
To resolve the issue:
1. Open the current Jama Connect Interchange™ Self-Hosted Upgrade Guidance and Resources article.
2. Use the 'Latest Version Upgrade Package (Download)' link listed in that article.
3. Use the password displayed next to the current download link
4. If you previously received a link by email, do not rely on that older link if it no longer works. Use the Help Center article as the source of truth for the current package and password.
If You Need a Newer Self-Hosted Version
A newer cloud release may be available before the matching self-hosted installation package is posted. If you need a specific Jama Connect Interchange™ self-hosted version:
1. Confirm the version you intend to install.
2. Check whether that self-hosted package is already published in the Help Center article.
3. If the version is not yet listed, wait for the article to be updated with the new package and password before proceeding.
After the Download Completes
Once the package has been downloaded successfully:
1. Save the installation package in a secure location.
2. Proceed with installation using the self-hosted install steps.
3. Apply the license file after installation (required before first login).
4. Use the default first-login credentials if needed:
- Username: `interchange_admin`
