Summary
For connectors that are already associated with an existing integration, connector information updates may occasionally be required. Updating a connector while integrations are actively running can lead to unexpected behavior or integration failures. Review and follow the recommended update process before making changes to minimize disruption.
Resolution
When updating a connector used by one or more integrations, it is recommended to temporarily disable all integrations that depend on it before making any changes.
After the integrations have been turned off, update the connector information as needed. Once updates are complete, re-enable the affected integrations.
After re-enabling, perform a full synchronization of each integration to ensure data consistency and confirm that the updated connector configuration is functioning as expected.
