Best Practice

Jama Connect reviews are based on baselines, and baselines can only contain content from a single project.

Therefore, a review in Jama Connect can only contain items from a single project.

To review items that span multiple projects, consider one of the following approaches:

1. Create separate reviews, one for each project's items

2. Consolidate items into a single project prior to initiating the review

3. Reuse items into a temporary review project prior to initiating the review

   • Reuse items from their original project locations into a temporary project. 

   • Initiate and conduct the review on the reused items in the unified project location.

   • After the review is complete, sync the approved changes back to the original items in their respective project locations.
