Best Practice
To ensure you have control over comment visibility in the Review Center, start by enabling the related setting in the Admin Panel. This unlocks the option to enable or disable comments at the review level.
Once this Admin-level setting is enabled, you will have the option to enable or disable review comments in single item view at the review level.
Please keep in mind:
- If the Admin-level setting was disabled at the time the review was created, comments will not display in single-item view.
- If the Admin-level setting was enabled at the time the review was created, comments will appear as expected - based on the setting selected for that specific review.
- If the Admin-level setting was enabled at the time the review was created, you may go back and enable or disable that setting for that review.
