IMPORTANT: Access to the REST API is limited to users with a Named Creator Jama Connect license, including endpoints in v1, labs, and SCIM. Users without a Named Creator Jama Connect license, including those with a Creator Float License, do not have access.

Support for Velocity report development is limited to platform behavior and data validation.

Customers seeking assistance with custom Velocity report development, template logic changes, or debugging must engage their Customer Success Manager (CSM) to coordinate appropriate professional or paid services.

Support can assist when:
• There are platform or API issues impacting reporting
• There are discrepancies between UI data and reported results unrelated to custom template logic

Support cannot assist with:
• Custom Velocity development
• Writing or modifying report template code
• Debugging custom report logic

Resolution

If You Need Help With Template Logic

  1. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

  2. Request coordination of a services engagement to review or update the Velocity template.

  3. Work with the assigned services team to implement required changes.

If You Believe There Is a Data Discrepancy

  1. Verify whether the issue occurs in the platform UI.

  2. Confirm the behavior is not caused by custom template logic.

  3. Open a support ticket if platform behavior or data inconsistencies require investigation.

  4. Provide examples, screenshots, and report output to assist with troubleshooting.
