IMPORTANT: Access to the REST API is limited to users with a Named Creator Jama Connect license, including endpoints in v1, labs, and SCIM. Users without a Named Creator Jama Connect license, including those with a Creator Float License, do not have access.

Summary

The Jama Software® Status Page provides real-time and historical information about the operational status of Jama Connect® and related services. You can view:

  • System health and availability

  • Current or past incidents

  • Planned maintenance windows

Subscribing ensures you receive notifications about updates that matter to you, keeping you informed about incidents, outages, and scheduled maintenance.

Resolution

How to Subscribe

  1. Go to status.jamasoftware.com.

  2. Click the blue "Subscribe to Updates" button in the upper-right corner.

  3. Choose your preferred notification method (Email, SMS, or RSS).

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your subscription.

What the Status Page Provides

  • System Availability – Check whether Jama Connect® and related services are functioning properly

  • Incidents & Outages – Track ongoing or past issues and their resolution

  • Scheduled Maintenance – Learn about planned upgrades or maintenance events

Notifications:

  • Routine maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance

  • Subscribers receive updates when an event is:

    • Scheduled

    • Started

    • Resolved
