Summary

This article explains where to find system reports and administrator-uploaded reports in Jama Connect.

• System reports are included with Jama Connect and are managed at the root or system level.
• Administrator-uploaded reports are custom reports managed under Admin → Reports.

Resolution

A report shipped with Jama Connect cannot be found under Organization Admin → Reports.

Self-hosted

1. Sign in with the authorized root user.
2. Open Reports.
3. Locate the system report.

Cloud

Cloud customers do not have root access. Contact Jama Support for assistance accessing or retrieving a system report.
