Summary

Jama Connect comes with various reports and exports.  Velocity reports can be added and customized as well.  

Velocity reports can be configured as context-sensitive or non-context-sensitive.

Common examples of a custom, context-sensitive Velocity report would be...

• Custom company-wide template for requirements

• Custom Traceability Export

Common examples of a custom, non-context-sensitive velocity report would be...

• Custom Test Plan Report

• Review center details Report

• Baseline Comparison Report

This setting determines from where a certain velocity report can be run.

Context-sensitive reports are from the list or document view.  Context-sensitive reports can be run for items in a certain location of the project tree or from a filter.

Go to Exports > View all exports to see a list of context-sensitive reports (NOTE: Office templates and context-sensitive reports will appear in this list.

Non-context sensitive reports appear in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
