Jira Multi-Project Integrations

Jama Connect Interchange™ now supports multi-project Jira Cloud integrations, including Jira team-managed projects.

  • You can configure up to 20 Jama Connect projects and 20 Jira spaces per integration.

  • Routes let you pair one Jama Connect item type with one Jira issue type with a field mapping group.

Creation rules are now configured within routes. Existing Jama Connect Interchange integrations that use Jira Cloud have been upgraded to the new multi-project integration model. Admins can continue using the current configuration or add more Jama Connect projects and Jira Cloud spaces.

Note: Jira Data Center integrations continue to use the single-project configuration.

 

Resolved Issues

SOS-DEF-9810 ReqIF ReqIF set-field exports now let you exclude the Release field from the exported file.
SOS-DEF-9886 ReqIF ReqIF export storage failures now preserve the original error and end in a controlled failure state.
SOS-DEF-9680 Excel Excel synchronization no longer creates new Jama Connect versions when mapped rich-text values are unchanged. 
SOS-DEF-9854 Jira Jira Data Center integrations now retain the created issue ID when a subsequent workflow transition fails, preventing duplicate issues during later synchronizations.
