Summary

Use the Onboarding Jama Connect® Workbook to plan, document, and track your Jama Connect implementation throughout the Ready, Set, Go, and Check phases.

The workbook provides a central place to define your Team, establish your Roadmap, track activities in the Onboarding Plan, prepare for project go-live, and document open items.

Note: The Onboarding Jama Connect® Workbook is available in the Attachments section at the bottom of this page. Links to related guidance, services, training, and other resources are available under Additional Resources.

Use the workbook throughout your Jama Connect implementation to:

• Define your Team: Document the Core Team members involved in your implementation and their roles.
• Plan your Roadmap: Identify key implementation activities, priorities, and milestones.
• Track your Onboarding Plan: Monitor onboarding activities and progress throughout the Ready, Set, Go, and Check phases.
• Prepare for project go-live: Use the Project Go-Live Checklist to confirm that configuration and other required activities are complete before introducing users to a project.
• Track open items: Use the List of Open Points to document outstanding decisions, actions, and issues for visibility and follow-up.
• Find additional guidance: Refer to the Resources tab for quick access to guidance on Jama Connect topics.

Continue to update the workbook throughout onboarding as responsibilities, priorities, decisions, and timelines change.
