- Onboarding Jama Connect®
Summary
Launch Jama Connect® by training your users, providing access to the system, and establishing the processes needed to support Jama Connect after go-live.
The Go phase builds on the planning and configuration completed during the Ready and Set phases. During this phase, your team transitions from preparing Jama Connect to actively using it within your organization's engineering processes.
Establishing clear processes for user support, onboarding new users, and managing configuration changes helps your organization maintain Jama Connect and support continued adoption after the initial launch.
