Summary

This article clarifies how to interpret the System Health Report for Org Admins and explains how the report should be used in practice.

Resolution

Using System Health Report Thresholds

  • The threshold values shown in the System Health Report are configurable and can be adjusted by Org Admins.

  • The recommended values are intended to serve as general guidance for optimal performance, rather than strict limits.

  • You may choose to tailor the thresholds to slightly below levels you have already reached to help track growth over time.

  • The report is best used to monitor trends and scaling, rather than as an enforcement mechanism.

  • As usage grows, thresholds can be periodically reviewed and adjusted to reflect current operating levels and to help observe longer-term trends.

Cause

The recommendations in the System Health Report were designed as general performance indicators. As the product continues to evolve and performance improvements are introduced, the guidance in the System Health Report may be reviewed and updated over time to better align with current usage patterns.

Prevention

  • Use the report to observe long-term trends, not as a hard limit on Project size.

  • Regularly review and adjust System Health Report thresholds as your usage scales.
