Summary 

This article aims to clarify what can be done when facing a freeze in Jama Connect® while using the project search feature. Whenever searching for a project using the name, the screen can be stuck with a "Filtering..." message, possibly needing to refresh the browser to stop this issue.

There may be active extensions or caches that can cause the project search to become stuck during project filtering.

Resolution 

  • Try different browsers and incognito tabs

  • Clear the browser cache

  • Deactivate the browser extensions
