Summary

Solution

• Upgrade Jama to version 9.22.3 or later.
• Test the export functionality using the mail merge code «categoryPaths» after the upgrade.

Cause

The issue arises because the functionality for retrieving «categoryPaths» was not implemented in earlier versions of Jama. It was introduced and fixed in version 9.22.3.

Prevention

Regularly update Jama to the latest version to ensure access to new features and fixes.
