Jira Field Not Available for Mapping in Jama Connect Interchange

Summary 

When setting up a Jira integration, the Story Points field may not appear as an available option to map in Jama Connect Interchange (JCI).

Solution 

Ensure the Story Points field is added to both the Jira Create view and Edit view.

Cause 

If the Story Points field is only included in the Edit view (which is common for SP), it will not display in the JCI field mapping dropdown.
