This article goes over what to do when your Jira connection in Jama Connect Interchange™ is no longer detecting projects, but it was in the past.

Resolution

This could be a configuration issue with the connector. Check the information, if everything looks correct update the connector with a new API KEY (might have expired and you can no longer authenticate with the old API KEY).
