Target Connector Error: Unable to Find Project

Summary

When attempting to run an integration, users will see a message 'ERROR: Unable to Find Project' under the Target Connector Listing.

Resolution

This could point to an authentication issue. Check the associated Connector and its credentials.

Test the credentials outside of Jama Connect Interchange™. The easiest way to test this may be to log in as that user and browse to the projects that JCI reports as unable to find. In addition, we want to confirm that all other information in the 'connector' to Jira is correct and that the API key is still valid and hasn't expired in Jira.
