"Unable to get items from connector" error log in JCI

Summary

The customer had some issues where the integration between Jama and Jira wasn't working. They had a multi-select field that, when a specific option was selected, would generate a Jama URL and fill one of the Jira item fields with it. The process wasn't working, and on the JCI logs page, they were seeing a "Unable to get items from connector" error message. The details for that log showed an empty description.

Resolution

The user ran a Full sync in JCI twice; the first generated several issues, but on the second full sync, the issue was fixed, and the integration was back to working condition.
