Baseline 'View details' Fails to Load for Large Baselines

Summary

When opening a large baseline (with ~40,000+ items) in Jama Connect®, the baseline may load successfully, but selecting View details can result in the Activity Stream buffering indefinitely and the following error message being displayed:

 This behavior has been accepted as an open defect with ID SOS-DEF-9575.
