This article covers what to do when you are searching for an item that existed at one point in a project, but you can't find it now.

Resolution

1. Try running a project cleanup and reindex

2. If the previous step does not work, the item may have been deleted at some point. Try checking the project Activity Stream. If the item was deleted, you will see an entry referencing the item deletion and an option to restore it.
