Summary

This article goes over the necessary actions when changing tenants on the EntraID IdP

Resolution

When you have SAML enabled and want to change EntraID tenant, there are some steps that you will need to take to avoid login issues while making the update. You will need to create the applications on the new tenant:

1. First, reach out to support to obtain the ACS URL and Entity ID to use on the new application(s) in the new tenant.

2. Create the application(s) on the new tenant.

3. Provide Jama Support with the App Federation Metadata URL value(s) for the created application(s) so Support can make the change.
