Unable to Search or Filter Items Within a Baseline

Summary 

When viewing a baseline with many items, users may have difficulty locating specific entries. Currently, there is no built-in functionality to search or filter items directly within the baseline view. This limitation can significantly impact usability and efficiency, especially for baselines with hundreds or thousands of items.

Resolution

At this time, it is not possible to apply a Jama filter within a Baseline. This is a known limitation. the workarounds

• Using a list view in the project to configure the fields you need, and then sorting/grouping there.
• Exporting the Baseline to Excel and using Excel’s filtering and sorting
