Summary

At Jama Software®, we understand that customers and prospects may have questions about how we use data in connection with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies — including data privacy, model training, and the protection of proprietary information.

Common questions include:

  • Is Jama using my project data to train AI models?

  • Does Jama share my information with third-party AI systems?

  • How is my data protected if Jama uses AI tools?

To address these concerns, Jama Software has published a formal AI Policy that explains:

  • How we approach AI and machine learning technologies

  • How customer and prospect data is protected

  • How data is — and is not — used in any AI-related activities
