IMPORTANT: Access to the REST API is limited to users with a Named Creator Jama Connect license, including endpoints in v1, labs, and SCIM. Users without a Named Creator Jama Connect license, including those with a Creator Float License, do not have access.

• Draw.io is not used or supported by Jama Software.

Why the Confusion? Some diagramming tools used by Jama may resemble Draw.io because they share open-source libraries. However, Draw.io is an Atlassian product and contains proprietary features not found in Jama-supported tools.
