Summary
When sharing Jama Connect® item links, you can display the item's name instead of the raw URL. Using an @mention in a Jama Connect comment creates a link that displays the item name in the notification email, making shared links easier to identify and follow.
You can also copy the formatted link from the notification email and paste it into applications that support rich text, such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
