Explorer Tree and List View Order Show Different Order of Items

Summary

Sometimes the order of items listed in the Explorer Tree:

and the List View:

can appear in a 'Out of Order', meaning that the listed order does not perfectly match between the two. 

Solution

Much of the time this can be resolved by indexing the project:

Quick Reindex (Single Project through the UI)
 
1. Go to the Admin tab > Project tab > select the project > Index tab

Cause

This can be  caused by indexes becoming out of sync
