Jama Connect User Lock Out

Summary

Users are allowed 10 login attempts within five minutes before they are locked out for 30 minutes. After the lock out period the user will once again be able to make 10 login attempts within five minutes before they are locked out for 30 minutes.
 

Solution

To circumvent the need to wait the 30 minute lock out period a user can change their password through the Forgot Password function or have an Organization Administrator update their password.
