IMPORTANT: Access to the REST API is limited to users with a Named Creator Jama Connect license, including endpoints in v1, labs, and SCIM. Users without a Named Creator Jama Connect license, including those with a Creator Float License, do not have access.

Summary

When you export a .jama backup file, a pop-up message appears, letting the user know the data is being exported and will be available in the backup folder in the /data/contour directory.

But how do you know that the export was completed without issues?

Resolution

Currently, there isn't a readily available way for a user to check whether the .jama backup file was exported correctly. System Administrators with access to the app server can monitor the size of the .jama file by running watch du -sh file_name.jama. When
