Reset Admin console password

Summary

If you ever forget your Jama Admin console password, you can use the following instructions to reset it. NOTE: Admin server rights to the APP server are required.

Solution

1. To remove the current password, run this command on the application server:

2. replicated auth reset

3. To create a new password, enter this URL in a browser:
   https://[your.admin.console.ip]:8800/create-password
4. When you get the following screen, select Password, then type a new, secure password to access the Admin console:
   
5. The new password takes effect immediately.
