Set Jama Connect in Maintenance Mode - Cant access system, "Service unavailable" Error

Summary 

Trying to log in as root while maintenance mode is active takes you to the notification screen for "Service unavailable."
This happens due to a session timeout when logged in as root takes you to <PROTOCOL>://<BASE_URL>/admin.req and displays the "Service unavailable" screen.

Resolution 

Navigate directly to <PROTOCOL>://<BASE_URL>/login.req, preferably in an incognito window. Log in with root and unset maintenance mode.
