Error while uploading file when adding an attachment

Summary: 

When trying to upload an attachment to an item you receive the following error.

Solution Self-Hosted:

1. Login as the root user 
2. Add the file extension of the filetype you are trying to upload to the "Attachment File Extensions" field under the System Properties tab

Solution Cloud:

1. Contact Support to request the file extension be added to your instance. 
   
   

Cause:

Uploading certain file types (like SVG) from unknown sources may pose a potential security threat. We recommend only uploading files from a trusted source. Enabling this feature for a file type means you understand and accept the potential security risks involved. Jama will accept no liability associated with your decision to enable this feature, and you will indemnify and hold Jama harmless from the results thereof.
