Draw.io is neither used nor supported by Jama Software.

Why the Confusion?

  • Draw.io and the tools the team uses share similarities because they originate from the same open-source libraries.
  • However, Draw.io is an Atlassian product and includes proprietary features distinct from the tools the team employs.

Visit the Planview (formerly known as Tasktop) Customer Care Center for support-related inquiries.

Planview Tasktop licensing questions should be directed to your Jama Software Customer Success Manager.

For Planview Tasktop Hub (Self-Hosted) Licensed Customers

The customer must create a Planview Tasktop account to access product downloads and premium content.

Premium content includes a list of available connections with the Planview Tasktop Hub license provided by Jama Software, training, and other helpful documentation.

Customers with an existing Planview Tasktop account that may need a specific version of their TIH license made available for an upgrade should contact Planview Customer Care for assistance.
