Use Case

Jama Connect user would like to access to the API documentation (https://customer_instance.jamacloud.com/api-docs) that produces an error response 403.

Best Practice

The user should be enabled to access to the Rest API when "REST API Managed Access" is enabled to access to the API, including the API documentation (https://customer_instance.jamacloud.com/api-docs) at their Jama Connect instance.

This 403 response is due to user accessing to the API documentation page does not have permission to access to the API.

Implementation

Enable Rest API access for the user to access API documentation (https://customer_instance.jamacloud.com/api-docs) page.
