Summary

Jama Connect Interchange licenses contain modules for ReqIF conversations, Jira integrations, and Excel integrations, along with varying expiration dates for the different modules. Once the module in the license expires, the associated tab in JCI will disappear.

Similarly, trial licenses contain a module with an expiration date set 30 days from the license creation date. Once the 30-day trial is completed, the associated tab in JCI will disappear.

Resolution

Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to review license expiration dates and discuss renewals.
