How it works

• Connect-Drainer halts all active jobs to create a stable environment for deployment.
• By halting jobs, it ensures that the system can safely deploy new configurations without interference from ongoing processes.
• After the deployment, the application is responsible for recreating the necessary jobs, ensuring that the system resumes normal operations with the updated configuration.

Completion criteria

• The completion of Connect-Drainer is a prerequisite for deploying new versions or configurations.
• It ensures that the environment is in a stable state, free from active jobs that could disrupt the deployment process.
