Solution

Jama Software provides several out-of-the-box reports that may meet your needs. You can find a list of standard reports here at the Jama Connect® Community Reports GitHub repository.

If the information you need is not included in these standard reports, you can request a custom report through your Customer Success Manager (CSM). Our Services team handles custom reports, as they require dedicated scoping and implementation outside of standard support.

Your CSM can:
 
  • Confirm whether Success Credits are available.
  • Coordinate next steps with the Services team to create a tailored reporting solution.
